NEW COVENANT CHURCH, Woolwich is one of the branches of The New Covenant Church in The United Kingdom . In line with the vision of the church, NCC Woolwich has been a sanctuary for as many in Woolwich and environs well over fifteen years now.
Since 2003, a door of ministry opened to the branch; best described as ‘mantle of church planting’. Within UK, the branch had the priviledge of inaugurating other branches – Sittingbourne, Middlesborough, Welling, Bristol I & II, Gravesend……Outside the UK, NCC Woolwich has nurtured branches in Ghana (Accra and Kokrobite), Hungary (Budapest and Debrecen), India (New Delhi, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh), Nigeria(Lagos, Port Harcourt), South Africa(Johannesbourg, Durban) ……..
Assured that ‘of the increase of His government, there shall be no end’, NCC Woolwich has humbly utilised every opportunity to hold the banner of His kingdom wherever the door is opened. That presupposes that men and materials; resources generally, must be adequately mobilised to bring results. That informed the inauguration of Gideon Army – an evangelistic arm of the branch comprising men and women who are prepared to spend and be spent for the mission work.
As a family church, everyone has a role in the worship, a place to serve and the ultimate is to be what God wants us to be – our lives bringing pleasure to Him.
